12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT

Our client is an established and successful organisation based in Oakham.

We are seeking experienced Customer Service and Administration staff to join their team to work on a new contract.

Duties involve

*
Reading maps and investigating and planning

*
Being a first point of contact for prospective clients/customers (telephone and email based contact)

*
Contacting all stakeholders including Landlords, Land Registry, Tenants, councils etc

*
Utilising IT systems effectively (microsoft office and internet)

*
Meeting time deadlines and set targets

*
Managing your own time effectively

*
Using available knowledge/information to make decisions for other departments

*
Prioritising workflow/action items

*
Liaising and negotiating fees with stakeholders

*
Full training will be provided

To be considered, candidates must have/be:

*
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

*
Attention to detail and accuracy in work

*
GCSE or equivalent including English and Maths

*
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

*
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar

*
Well organised and able to work to deadlines

*
Excellent customer service and administration skills

*
Ability to work in a high pressured environment under own initiative and take ownership of issues and solutions

*
Relationship management and negotiation skills

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 830am-430pm or 9am-5pm with half hour lunch.
