Customer Services Advisor (Planning)
Fixed term for 6 months
Part time, 18.5 hours per week
Scale 4, Salary £18,870 - £20,541 pro rata

Who you are… You will be looking to come in and make a big difference! You will be comfortable working as part of a small team, with the ability to maintain a courteous and professional manner at all times. Ensuring all of our customers receive the best possible service with the right information provided the first time, every time, will be at the heart of everything you do.
What we need from you… Commitment to a high level of quality support for our customers, and to the training needed to understand the wide variety of services we provide. Having worked in a busy customer services environment before, you will be able to communicate clearly in response to queries received by phone, email and face to face. Good IT skills and the ability to adapt to a variety of packages will be beneficial
