I am recruiting for an office based, Customer Service Representative/Customer Service Administrator for a growing, well-respected, agricultural business. This is an exciting opportunity to an established organisation who support the growth and development of their employees.
The Role
You'll be a key point of contact in processing and confirming orders from customers, providing excellent customer service through dealing with a wide range of queries promptly. As part of your role, you'll liaise with internal and external customers and be UK based, but be part of a wider, global team.
Having a good understanding and previous experience with customs documentation would be highly beneficial for this role, as you will be responsible for issuing paperwork for shipments to non-EU Countries and dealing with queries that come with this.
About you
You'll have previous, demonstrable, customer service experience and have excellent communication skills. You'll have a positive attitude to your work and work well within a team. As you'll be involved in the import/export of goods you will ideally have experience with customs documentation, such as Certificate of Origin, ATR and Eur 1. You'll also be a competent user of Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook.
