Finance Administration Assistant

Permanent, full time (37 hrs per week)

Scale 3, Salary £16,481 – £17,547

The Finance and Exchequer Team has two opportunities for keen and conscientious people to support the efficient and effective delivery of this established and forward looking service. For both roles you will would need to bring a basic knowledge of IT software packages, good organisational and communication skills, along with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

 

This role brings a number of varied and challenging opportunities to assist with work across the Exchequer (Payroll, Debtors and Creditors) as well as the Accountancy Team. The role provides a fantastic chance to gain valuable experience in a professional environment.

Under the direction of the Accountants/Exchequer Team Leader, you would contribute to the success of the service by assisting with processing transactions, updating and maintaining records on the financial system and carrying out varied administrative duties to support the running of the service.
