Shift Manager

Up to 14k, 40 hours + over a 5 day week

Our Managers have to be 'people' - people with a passion for detail and high standards, but easy to talk to and get on with too. You'll be a great Manager, but you'll also not be afraid to be on the shop floor. Previous catering experience is preferable, but it's certainly not a necessity.

It's your attitude that matters most - you'll be driven, have great communication skills, and a business-like approach. You'll be able to motivate yourself, and your team; and achieve great results. Your hard work and commitment will be rewarded with excellent pay.

We’ll offer you great rates of pay and bonuses linked to your store's profitability, mystery shopper scores, and operational audits as well as a structured training programme, plus 5.8 weeks holiday.
