Revenues Assistant - Benefits
Permanent, part time (18.5 hrs per week)
Scale 2/3, Salary £14,733-16,830
An exciting opportunity has arisen for the post of Revenues Assistant, within
the Resources Directorate. The post holder will assist the Revenues & Benefits Team in ensuring that the team provides a high quality service to benefit claimants, service users and colleagues.
The main duties of the role include: advising and supporting customers and service users with their enquiries and claims, ensuring information received is accurate and processed promptly, updating computer records and communicating with agencies and other organisations.
Applicants will be organised, numerate and have sound computer skills as well as excellent customer care skills and able to cope with difficult situations. You should have a keen eye for detail and be accurate and organised.
Rutland is the smallest unitary authority in England. You will be joining a small,team that is dedicated to providing a top rate service.
