A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work with one of Doncaster's premier businesses as a Commercial Accountant heading up the financial requirement of a newly formed division.

The role will see you getting involved in working as part of a small team to drive sales and improve operational effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include providing key financial support and insight on all major projects, challenging accepted practice and assisting in improving profitability.

This is a genuine commercial accountant's role and will require someone with the ability to assist non-finance executives in their role, providing insight and understanding whilst driving cost and efficiency.

The right person will be qualified (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) and will need to demonstrate a genuine flair and understanding of a fast paced business. You will need to have worked ideally in FMCG, Retail or an online business with high volume transactions. Experience of working with non-finance managers, forecasting and budgeting are a prerequisite.
